1. Warranty Coverage

NAVIFORCE provides a limited warranty of 12 months (one year) from the original date of purchase on eligible NAVIFORCE watches purchased directly through www.naviforce.in or our company-operated retail store.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including defects affecting the watch movement or normal functioning of the watch under proper use.

The warranty applies to eligible products supported by a valid purchase invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.

This limited warranty is provided in addition to, and does not restrict, any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

2. What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and verification, the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
  • Manufacturing defects that cause covered watch functions to fail.
  • Internal mechanical or electronic failures attributable to manufacturing defects.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal watch operation.

Coverage is subject to verification that the defect is not attributable to an excluded cause described in this policy.

3. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, crushing or mishandling.
  • Scratches, dents, discoloration or ordinary cosmetic wear.
  • Normal wear and tear of straps, bracelets, clasps and external finishes.
  • Misuse, negligence, improper storage or unauthorized modifications.
  • Repairs or servicing by unauthorized parties where they cause or contribute to the defect.
  • Exposure to water beyond the product's specified water-resistance rating or failure to follow the manufacturer's water-use instructions.
  • Exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, corrosive substances or other damaging conditions.

These exclusions do not apply where the claimed issue is itself a covered manufacturing defect or where applicable law requires a remedy.

4. Water-Resistance Conditions

NAVIFORCE watches have different water-resistance ratings depending on the model. Customers should refer to the individual product specifications and manufacturer's instructions before exposing a watch to water.

A rating of 3 ATM (30 m) does not mean the watch is suitable for swimming, showering, bathing or diving.

Water-related damage resulting from use beyond the model's verified rating or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions is excluded from this limited warranty, subject to applicable consumer law.

A water-resistance defect attributable to manufacturing may be covered following inspection and verification.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service:

  1. Email admin@naviforce.in with the subject line “Warranty Claim”.
  2. Provide your order number and purchase invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the issue and provide relevant photographs or videos if reasonably requested.
  4. Wait for our support team to review your request and provide inspection or return instructions.
  5. Send the watch to the authorized inspection address provided by our team.

Please do not send products without first receiving return instructions.

A continuous unboxing video is not a mandatory condition for making a claim under this one-year warranty. Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to assess a claim.

6. Inspection, Repair and Replacement

All warranty claims are subject to reasonable product inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, NAVIFORCE will determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This may include:

  • Repairing the affected product.
  • Replacing the defective product with the same model, where available.
  • Providing an equivalent replacement or another appropriate remedy where repair or identical replacement is not feasible.

The remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, the inspection findings, product availability and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund or another remedy where legally required.

7. Warranty Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying shipping costs when sending a watch for warranty inspection, subject to applicable law and any specific arrangements communicated by NAVIFORCE.

For verified manufacturing defects, shipping and other reasonable expenses will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian consumer law and any remedies legally required.

NAVIFORCE will communicate the applicable return-shipping arrangements before dispatching a repaired or replacement product.

8. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the original date of purchase shown on the purchase invoice and remains valid for 12 months from that date.

A repair or replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise or NAVIFORCE expressly agrees in writing.

9. Purchases Through Other Sales Channels

This limited warranty applies to eligible purchases made directly through www.naviforce.in or our company-operated retail store.

Purchases through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, independent resellers or other third-party marketplaces are not covered by this specific direct-sales warranty unless expressly confirmed by NAVIFORCE.

Any separate manufacturer warranty, marketplace warranty, seller commitment or statutory consumer right remains unaffected.
